So, the Good from this week: A really easy/good run on Thursday, and a few nice sunny, warm-ish days.
The Bad: A really crap run yesterday that left me feeling sore and achy, and then having to cut my "long run" short today due to the sore and achy from yesterday. When you're limping by mile 4, you know it's just not gonna happen!
The Ugly: Snow. It's coming. Again. Go ahead, ask me how I feel about that.
Yup. Just like Miss Detox says, I've HAD IT. OFFICIALLY.
But Spring IS coming. Eventually. We just have to hold on, right? Right.
