Fortunately for me, the answer is not 10. Cuz that's how many I just did. (Booya! Day 6 done.) I have a feeling this question may get revisited at the end of the 31 day challenge.
Have you ever thrown up as a result of a hard run or workout? Do you like tootsie pops? (Oh, come on. You know that owl got you thinking about them!)
No i have never thrown up because of hard workout.

A tootstie pop is a kind of candy. =) Over the whole 31 day challenge, the total number of burpees is 797!! You build up each day till 50 on the last day. Somebody shoot me. LOL
DeleteIn high school my twin brother used to tell me that I didn't workout hard enough at track practice because I never puked after a workout (he did a lot) - ummm...I could beat him!! I don't believe in puking.

Ha! Boys are silly. =) I never really liked Tootsie Pops, either. But I like the silly owl.

DeleteI haven't thrown up- but I have dry heaved a lot- particularly in gym class or soccer practice in high school.

Ugh, no fun - dry heaving is evil because there's no relief! At least if you throw up, you're usually done afterwards. Blah.
